Managing Psychosocial Hazards explores how to foster psychological safety. Developed in partnership with Mentally Well Workplaces, it comprises of five modules:

  • M1: Managing the Risk of Psychosocial Hazards At Work
  • M2: Work Health and Safety Duties
  • M3: Identify the Hazards
  • M4: Assess the Risks
  • M5: Review Control Measures

Through it, learners will discover how they can implement processes to minimise psychosocial risks and promote a thriving workplace.
