Description

Mindfulness is a form of meditation where you focus on being aware of your senses and feelings in a moment. Usually, you can practice mindfulness through breathing techniques, imagery, and other methods that help relax your body and mind.Exploring what it means to determine your mental capacity, this module looks at how the mind functions and how people think differently. Learners will also gain insight into the two minds: the conscious and the subconscious. You will also see how the conscious mind helps us identify hazards as it makes us become aware of our surroundings or situation. In doing so, you learn how you can manage your environment and safety better.
